Ildar Kuyanchiyev, professionally known as KIM, is an actor, casting director, director, executive and creative producer from Uzbekistan. He has over 25 years of experience in film, television and theatre, including around 15 years in the Russian film industry. His work covers Central Asia, the CIS and international projects.
With a distinctive screen presence, strong facial expression and flexible voice range, Ildar is often cast as antagonists, men of honour, authority figures and complex character roles. Alongside acting, he works in casting, production and creative development, connecting talent and film professionals across different markets.
