An eight-week preparation plan for HYBE auditions in 2027
A flexible eight-week audition practice plan covering category choice, recordings, feedback, rest, and application preparation.
An unknown audition date makes it easy to keep preparing without deciding what progress would look like. This eight-week plan gives you a way to review your work while watching for suitable HYBE auditions in 2027.
The schedule is an optional practice framework. It is not a HYBE training program or a promise of selection. Check the 2027 overview for the distinction between preparation and confirmed campaign information.
Weeks one and two: choose a focus
Record a starting sample in your preferred category. Write down what you can hear or see, such as an unstable final phrase or a transition you forget. Avoid vague judgments about whether you have star quality.
Choose one main excerpt and one backup. Set practice sessions around school or work, leaving time to rest. Short sessions you can maintain are more useful than a schedule you abandon after three days.
Weeks three and four: work on the difficult section
Break the excerpt into smaller parts. A singer might isolate a phrase that runs out of breath; a dancer might slow down a turn and its landing. Return to the complete excerpt after practicing the troublesome section.
Record at the end of each week using the same setup. Compare it with the first take and decide what needs attention next. You can keep selected recordings together on ShortCine or in a private folder; check sharing settings before uploading personal material anywhere.
Weeks five and six: rehearse the submission conditions
Once a suitable notice is available, practice with its required duration and accompaniment rules. If no call is confirmed, keep an unedited full recording and avoid treating a guessed time limit as official.
Ask one person for specific feedback. Can they hear the words? Does your full movement stay in frame? A practical question gives you something you can fix in the next session.
Week seven: check the application material
Read eligibility again and organize the files the form actually requests. Check contact details, sharing permissions, and the exported video. A parent or guardian should help with personal information if you are a minor.
You do not need to purchase a new camera because the deadline is approaching. Test whether your existing setup produces a clear recording before spending money.
Week eight: record and review
Allow time for breaks and one final file check. If there is an eligible open call, submit according to its instructions and save the confirmation. If there is no suitable call, keep the recording as a progress marker and adjust your next practice cycle.
Use the online application walkthrough when you reach the submission stage.
